If your question is not answered below, please email info@evolvcycle.com
Mask & Vaccine Policy:
We are no longer required to check for vaccine cards. Masks are also not required inside the studio.
Cancellation & Arrival Policies:
New riders must arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins or else they will not be permitted into class. Regular riders must arrive no later than 4 minutes into the start of class. If you have the $49 Promo, 3 Month Unlimited, or 1 Month Unlimited and do not show up to class or cancel within 4 hours before the class time, you will incur a $15.00 fee (it does not matter if you switch into another class that day). If you are NOT on an unlimited package and either no/show or late-cancel, you will lose the class that held your spot. Please be mindful of cancelling on time.

How long is each class and what can I expect?
Each class is 45 minutes long and includes a stretch and small “savasana” at the end. Our instructors encourage you to ride to the beat of the music. The playlists include current hits, remixes, and some old favorites. Expect to engage several areas of your body during class including your legs, arms, and core. We like to keep our cycling room dark (mood lighting is key), but the room itself is open and airy with high ceilings and gracious space between bikes.
Can I rent out the studio for a private event (birthdays, bridal parties, special occasions etc.)?
Absolutely, for any private event inquiries email info@evolvcycle.com.
I walked by the studio, but you guys were closed!
We are usually open around our class times, which are offered in the mornings and evenings. View our weekly schedule here.
What shoes do I wear to class?
We are happy to currently offer FREE cycling shoe rentals, which are available at our front desk. If you have your own cycling shoes, our bikes support both SPD and Look Delta cleats. If you prefer to ride in sneakers, we can provide you with sneaker cages for your bike.
Running Late?
If you are a new rider, you will not be permitted into class unless you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time. Latecomers will not be permitted after 4 minutes into the start of the class time. In some instances, instructors will lock the door at the start of class. We encourage you to arrive early for class regardless.
Is there bike assignment?
No, we do not assign bikes. You choose your bike when you arrive for class.
What if it’s my first time taking a cycling class?
Everybody has a “first time” and we want yours to be special. If you’re a first-time rider, please arrive at least 15 minutes early and we will help you get settled on your bike.
Are there different levels of classes? Each class is designed to be suitable for all levels. Beginners and advanced riders are welcome! What if I can’t follow everything in class? Do not feel pressured to follow everything in class. Ride at your physical comfort level and stay mindful of how your body is responding to the workout.
Cancellation Policy:
Out of courtesy towards our riders and instructors, if you cannot attend your scheduled class, you must cancel at least 4 hours ahead of the class time. Unlimited package holders who cancel within 4 hours before class or who do not show up to class will be subject to a $15.00 fee. If you are NOT an Unlimited package holder and either late-cancel or do not show up to class, you will lose the class that held your reservation. Please be mindful of cancelling on time! If you have an emergency, feel free to reach out to us.
How old does my son/daughter need to be to take class?
Minors need to be at least 13 years old and 4’11 to take class. All riders under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian sign a waiver in person authorizing them to take class.
I’ve heard that cycling makes your legs bulky. Is this true?
Absolutely not! This is a common misconception about indoor cycling. Indoor cycling will tone, burn fat, and help you achieve exactly the opposite of bulk in your lower half.
What do I need to bring to class?
You will need water, a towel, fitted workout clothing that is sweat wicking (avoid cotton shirts, as they do not absorb moisture) and cycling shoes or athletic shoes that aren’t bulky.
What type of bikes do you have?
We use Schwinn AC Performance Plus with Carbon Blue.
How many calories are burned in each class?
One can expect to burn anywhere from 300-1200 calories during the 45-minute workout. However, calories burned will vary based on height, weight, gender, and fitness level of the rider.
Do I need to sign up for class in advance?
We encourage all riders to sign up for class ahead of time.
How do I purchase classes?
We recommend purchasing classes online by clicking on our “Buy Classes” link at the top.
Gift Cards
You may purchase an EvolvCycle Gift Card online under our “Buy Classes” link or at our studio. Unlike our classes, Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. You may take as long as you would like to redeem your EvolvCycle Gift Card.
Where can I park?
There is 90-minute free parking in the Trader Joe’s plaza where we are located. There is also street parking nearby.
Are you on ClassPass?
Yes, we are currently on ClassPass!
Do you offer childcare in the studio?
As much as we love hanging out with your little ones while you are taking class, we do not offer childcare and are not responsible for children left unattended.
Can I participate if I’m pregnant?
If you are pregnant, you should consult your doctor prior to exercising or engaging in strenuous activity.
